How do one become a better person?

Right so basically i've not being a good muslimah..
I'm sorta ready for ur backlash but here it goes - btw its ADVICE needed NOT Criticism
I want to stop:
Clubbing
Smoking
Shisha, and all the pointless activites that i indugle in i.e. being out late, blah blah blah
BUT HOW DO I DO THAT WITHOUT LOSING MY FRIENDS?!

if your friends are gonna drop you for bettering yourself... drop them before they get a chance! When your happy w. ur life and at peace then u can worry abt making real friendships. Either with your old friends, or new ones.

"Show me ur friends and i will show u who u are" if the only common ground u have with ur friends is going out and doing things u would like to refrain from doing den maybe its not the type of crowd u should keep  urself around....being strong willed isnt easy i will be da first to admit that but in order to be ur own indvidual person u are gonna need to do that otherwise you will become someone who ur not... My advice to u is to quit all da things u wanna change and find other things to do with your friends besides clubbing and staying out  late and u may just find dat dere is a whole new world out dere. If ur friends lose intrest cause u change den true say dey cant be ur REAL friends so move on!

keep the friends tht u think will make u a better person n get rid of the once tht will not..........u can always replace ur friends, done tht lots of times...waa caadi. i believe if u r really serias about changing thn u will, even if it means ditching some mates.

You can seek for advice but truth be told you will never get out of the cycle you find yourself in unless you grow out of it or you get married, simple as walaal.
